Microsoft Case Study: Windows Azure – Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin is one of the largest defence contractors in the
world, employing some 136,000 people, and also delivers IT solutions
for government, healthcare and energy markets. The company uses
Windows Azure to move parts of its clients infrastructure into the
cloud whilst addressing security, privacy and confidentiality
concerns. Microsoft interviewed Melvin Greer, Chief Strategist of
Cloud Computing, Information Systems, and Global Solutions at Lockheed
Martin.
