The model is deployed as a consultancy engagement. This engagement follows the four step process illustrated below but it can also be tailored for individual requirements. The report will show the location and size of financial efficiencies together with recommendations on how to achieve them.

After the consultancy engagement the model can be run and operated by the client. The entire model is delivered as a service (SAAS) and is provisioned on an Amazon Web Services platform.
